This is a very exciting opportunity to host a fabulous piece of art in a prominent position to benefit the whole community.
We, as a society, have created approximately 80 6 inch x 6 inch works of art based on the Ambleside and District area, which we combined together to create one substantial work of art in a collage style representing a well-known Ambleside landmark. Can you see which iconic landmark it is????

The South Lakes Medical Centre on Rydal Road have kindly been working with us on this special project, and they now host this community piece in their waiting room for the whole local community to benefit from.

The idea behind this particular project is to encourage new members, young and old, at whatever level, to join our friendly society and meet up once a week for art-making, chatting, tea, and biscuits. 
We are a proactive group from all walks of life and love to meet new people. So, do get in touch if you would like to join us.

We unveiled this masterpiece at our 50th Anniversary party at the end of September 2024 in the Ambleside Parish Centre and it was on display at our October 2024 Art Exhibition.
